The project consists of a new 3-story building and is approximately 50,000 square feet. Included in the 39 units are 7 fully accessible units that are in full compliance with UFAS and 2 Units which are fully compliant audio/video units. The project also includes a drop-off area with porte cochere, office area, sitting room with attached warming kitchen and adjacent indoor winter garden, an outdoor patio,  laundry rooms on each floor, and maintenance office. The building is UFAS and ADAAG compliant and met all requirements set forth by the 2011 Enterprise Green Communities, Energy Star Version 3, the OHFA-Development Features Agreement for 2010 and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
